Members are staff of member apartments for this meeting. Please refer to our cancellation/non-reserved policy below:   Make sure you get your reservations faxed in, or come prepared to pay the non-reserved  rate.  Please include the names of those you are registering, and fax no later than 10:00 am on the Monday, just prior to the Tuesday meeting.    Cancellation/Non-reserved Policy: Those who reserve but do not show will be charged  $30.00.  Any billing is $30 per meal.Those who attend and have not reserved will be charged $30.00.

At the July 2008 Membership Meeting, SAA will celebrate 29 years of service to the Apartment Industry. We look forward to our 30th year in 2009.   In July of 2008 SAA will celebrate a 29th Anniversary-  Thanks to everyone who helped along the way to get us this far. 2008 MEMBERSHIP PROMOTION ENDS AT THE JANUARY 2009 MEETING.          

All those who bring in at least ONE new paid member will have their name included (once for each new member they bring in) for a chance to win each of these Grand Prize drawings at the January 2009 Meeting, but you have to be there to win, so make your reservations early! You have as many chances to win as you bring in new members, so bring in those new members.

    Each of these companies are sponsoring a prize this year.  Each entrant will have as many chances to win as the number of new members they bring in.  It pays to bring in as many new members as you can.

Prizes are always welcome.  These companies will be promoted in the newsletter and on the internet for 12 months. That's a lot of good PR for your business.

The promotion ends at midnight on December 31, 2007.  All members in good standing who have brought in at least ONE new paid member in 2007 will have their names included for the drawings (once for each new member you bring in). Put your dollars to work for you. Ask your vendors to become members and new apartment communities to join.  Remember, we prefer doing business with vendors who are members. When you need a product or service, give a member a call first. 

The drawing will be held at the January 2009 Membership luncheon meeting.
