Recognizing the vast and increasing role of the apartment industry in providing quality housing, the members of the Savannah Apartment Association have united for the purpose of improving the services and conditions of the apartment industry.
The members of this Association proudly and publicly assume the responsibility of providing adequate and desirable accommodations and facilities for the enjoyment of apartment residents. We recognize our duty to the public, owners and managers and shall ever be mindful of our obligations to all regulations governing the free enterprise system.
Not only do we wish to advance the general welfare of the local rental housing industry, but we also cooperate with the National Apartment Association and its affiliated associations. The members disseminate useful information to other members and inspire them to further educate themselves in the practical feature of their apartment operations.

More Information on the Savannah Apartment Association
Meeting Day: Our meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month. For location of meeting, please call the SAA office at (912) 920-3207, or visit the Bulletin Board on this website. A great place to network.
Meeting Time: Our regular meetings begin at 7:00 p.m., with registration beginning at 6:15 – 6:30 with an occasional luncheon meeting . The time and location are listed in the newsletter and on the website bulletin board page. You can call the Association office at (912) 920-3207 to confirm.
Apartment Spotlight: One apartment community may give about a Three or Four minute presentation on the specifics of their complex if they wish at a meeting with prior reservation.
Vendor Spotlight: A vendor may reserve a specific meeting night to make a four to five minute presentation. Included in the price is a half page ad in the SAA Newsletter. Call the SAA office for more information.
Bar Sponsor: On nights that we reserve restaurants that do not have a bar, a vendor may sponsor the bar and display their business sign and logo.
Charitable Service Committee: Each year this committee conducts charitable service projects to benefit our community. Through the efforts of our members we have conducted many successful events. How can you help? Contact any Charitable Service Committee committee member or the association office (912) 920-3207 today.
Reservations: It is necessary for us to require reservations for all dinner meetings. We must have a commitment from those attending so that we can notify the host restaurant. If you do sign up and cannot attend, you must call and cancel your reservation.
Guest Speaker: Each month we have a guest speaker make a presentation on subjects requested by our members. We encourage our members to offer their input.
Trade Shows: Each year the Savannah Apartment Association’s Associate/Vendor Members present a trade show to display their products and services to those in the apartment industry. Each year the annual trade show is held on the second Tuesday in October.
Education: It is our aim to assist our members, and other interested individuals, by making sure that the educational courses needed to become or remain certified are made available. Our other equally important educational programs are offered throughout the year. Most registration forms are published in our Newsletter just prior to the course dates.
Newsletter: The first of every month we publish digitally a newsletter, Apartment News, which is distributed to members of the Savannah Apartment Association, community leaders in and around the city of Savannah, and management companies. We encourage our members to participate by writing pertinent articles on their areas of expertise that would benefit the membership. .

Membership Dues:
Direct Members: SAA has a multi-community classification for management groups that have more than one apartment community in Savannah. The Apartment with the most units is considered the Primary Community and will pay full cost of membership. All others (secondary) under this management company will pay a reduced amount.
Vendor Members: Annual dues for vendors are $270.00.
