Sign Ordinances

Temporary signs such as banners, streamers, balloons, windsocks, pennants, flashing or rotating lights, flags (does not include flags of nations), inflatable, portable signs or any other attention getting device will be prohibited without a temporary sign permit. A single temporary sign permit may be issued for a maximum of 30 days in a quarter (some restrictions apply). Now regulated and limited to one temporary sign for a period of not greater than 30 days per quarter. Such sign shall not exceed the maximum height or size allowed for principle use freestanding signs.
Temporary Sign Permits: Required- A permit application and a $30 fee is required. A decal will be issued and affixed to the temporary sign with an expiration date.
