Assistant Community Manager
Bell Partners Inc. is
seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager for the Alta Towne
Lake community in Pooler, GA. The Assistant Community Manager assists the
Community Manager in the financial administration of the community and, in some
cases, oversight of the marketing staff on a day-to-day basis. Bell Partners

Essential
functions for this position include but are not limited to:

Assisting the Community
Manager with oversight of the leasing team and training.

Supporting Leasing
Consultants in the leasing of apartments and ensuring that Fair Housing
guidelines are followed.

Posting rental
collections, making bank deposits and overseeing the administration of
accounting functions for the community.

Meeting regularly with
Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss leasing issues and
community performance.

Conducting a monthly
market survey and recommending pricing changes
-
Maintaining lease files
and computer records for the community.

Performing
administrative duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and
Abilities
-
Must have at least 2
years experience in Leasing, Marketing, or Real Estate
-
Prior management
experience required
-
Must be organized,
detailed and thorough with an ability to multitask and manage conflicting
priorities
-
Must be customer service
focused
-
Must have strong
interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
-
Must be able to work in
a general office environment
