Maintenance Appreciation Night

It is time for the annual Maintenance Appreciation Night. The May meeting is the night the Apartment Communities salute their maintenance staff. You as Managers know how important your maintenance staff is and what an important part they play in the smooth efficient operation of your community. This is a night to remind them and let everyone know how great your maintenance staff is to you.
Please bring with you to the May Association Meeting at Johnny Harris Banquet Hall, a wrapped tool, gift or gift certificate for each for of your maintenance staff members who will be attending. Those of you who will be participating will be presenting the gifts you bring to your maintenance staff during the May Meeting at Johnny Harris Banquet Hall.
Let’s show our maintenance staff how much we appreciate the wonderful job they do for us. Please fax this sheet to the Association Office at (912) 920-3207. A group photo will be taken of all participating maintenance staff members and their managers for cover photo of JUNE the newsletter.
